Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are managed by our customer service team. Please send an email to [email protected]. Please reference your order #, item# and let us know how we can assist and/or the reason for the return.

Below outlines our policy for returns and exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, please see our “shipping” guidelines for next steps.

BASKETS:

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase up to 7 days after receipt of the order. You must obtain a Return Authorization Form from our Customer Service Team prior to shipping anything back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with a copy of the Return Authorization, for an MBH credit towards a future purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit total. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the outbound shipping charges. An MBH credit will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition. If you are exchanging the item for another, the 25% restocking fee is waived, however, all shipping charges remain your responsibility.

FURNITURE:

The majority of our items are made to order and are considered a final sale. Requests for a return are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the outbound shipping charges. An MBH credit towards a future purchase, less a 25% restocking fee, will be initiated upon the receipt of the merchandise as long as the item is still in new condition. Please Note: You must obtain a Return Authorization Form from our Customer Service Team prior to shipping anything back to us.
